1. 1) Fair play

   Only attack what is part of the challenges. Do not touch the platform, scoreboard, infra, organizer accounts, or anything out of scope.

   No DoS, no fuzzing, no resource abuse.

   No sabotaging instances or ruining solves for others.

   If you find an unintended platform or infra bug, report it. Do not farm it.

   NO flag sharing, NOT THE SLIGHTEST hint trading, NO cross-team cooperation.

   Consequence if broken: immediate ban

2. 2) Team creation

   One person, one team.

   The amount of members of a team is not limited.

   No alts, no double-playing, no impersonations.

   Do not target other teams in any way.

3. 3) Writeups

   No public writeups or spoilers during the event unless we say otherwise.

   Consequence if broken: ban

4. 4) AI-usage

   The usage of AI is allowed as long as its used by a human and not the other way around.

   You have a brain capable of much more than pressing Allow.

   Consequence if slop: ban

5. 5) Hoarding

   Disallowing flag hoarding is a measure we took to allow us to control slopping better and to prevent it even more effectively.

   Flag hoarding is the practice of delaying flag submissions in the intention of deceiving other players, teams or the organizers.

   Always directly submit your flags as soon as you solve a challenge.

   Consequence for hoard: ban

6. 6) Organization

   Keep your work, do not delete it, and keep it organized. We might ask about it.

7. 7) Format

   The flag format is THEM?!CTF{1337_flag_with_rand0m_sy|\\/|B0L5?!}such as THEM?!CTF{FakeFlag_LMAO} or THEM?!CTF{Th1s_is_a_R34l_F1ag_trust_mee} unless otherwise specified.

8. We reserve the right to interpret these rules to our liking.

   If something is technically possible but obviously against the spirit of the event, do not do it.
